Rental Rules & Regulations
You must be 24 years or older to rent boats
- If you were born on or after January 1, 1986, you must possess a valid Arkansas boaters license (Boaters Education Card) to operate the boat
One water tube is included with the rental.
- There is a $50.00 cleaning fee if the rental is returned excessively dirty
- For every 15 minutes past scheduled time of return there is a late fee double the hourly rate
On the day of rental, a copy will be made of all operators Drivers License, and Boaters License (If applicable)
4-Hour minimum rental time on holiday weekends.
No pets, grilling or fishing (fishing is acceptable only on the fishing models)
No beaching the rental boats or tying to other vessels. Vessel must be kept at least 100 Feet from other watercraft and 300 Feet from shore.
- We do not provide anchors or ropes for anchors
We provide all life jackets and we will provide fitted life vests for passengers tubing.
Kids 12 and under must wear a lifejacket at all times – THIS IS THE LAW
Anyone under tow on water equipment must have a lifejacket on
Cancellation Policy
All rentals are pre-paid.
Rentals are non-refundable unless optional trip protection is purchased when you book your rental.
You may only purchase trip protection when you book your rental. It cannot be added later.
YOU MUST CANCEL AT LEAST 24 HOURS PRIOR TO YOUR RENTAL IF YOU HAVE TRIP PROTECTION.
You will be considered a no-show and your rental will not be refunded if you cancel less than 12 hours from your rental.
All no-shows are non-refundable.
