Cancellation Policy

  • All rentals are pre-paid.

  • Rentals are non-refundable unless optional trip protection is purchased when you book your rental.

  • You may only purchase trip protection when you book your rental. It cannot be added later.

  • YOU MUST CANCEL AT LEAST 24 HOURS PRIOR TO YOUR RENTAL IF YOU HAVE TRIP PROTECTION.

  • You will be considered a no-show and your rental will not be refunded if you cancel less than 12 hours from your rental.

  • All no-shows are non-refundable.

Rental Rules & Regulations

  • ¹ Discount codes must be applied when making and paying for the reservation. They cannot be applied later.

  • ² Discount codes are not valid on holiday weekends. 2026 Holiday weekend dates are May 23-24, July 3-4, September 5-6.

  • You must be 24 years or older to rent boats

  • If you were born on or after January 1, 1986, you must possess a valid Arkansas boaters license (Boaters Education Card) to operate the boat

  • One water tube is included with the rental.

  • There is a $50.00 cleaning fee if the rental is returned excessively dirty
  • For every 15 minutes past scheduled time of return there is a late fee double the hourly rate

  • On the day of rental, a copy will be made of all operators Drivers License, and Boaters License (If applicable)

  • Discount codes must be applied when making and paying for the reservation. They cannot be applied later.

  • No pets, grilling or fishing

  • No beaching the rental boats or tying to other vessels. Vessel must be kept at least 100 Feet from other watercraft and 300 Feet from shore.

  • We do not provide anchors or ropes for anchors

  • We provide all life jackets and we will provide fitted life vests for passengers tubing.

  • Kids 12 and under must wear a lifejacket at all times – THIS IS THE LAW

  • Anyone under tow on water equipment must have a lifejacket on
